It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By entering into a sale to purchase our wines, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.
Vintages are subject to change without notice, although every attempt will be made to notify customers by email or telephone prior to dispatch of stock.
Rikard Wines will only deliver within Australia. We hope to expand our distribution network in the future.
Currently Rikard Wines uses Fastway to deliver to all states and territories. We will also use Australia Post at times. Lucky local customers may have your wine delivered personally by William or Kimberley Rikard-Bell! Delivery is usually within 2-7 working days.
Rikard Wines can deliver to anywhere in Australia. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that all PO box deliveries and some deliveries to rural areas will be left at a local collection depot. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible you provide a business delivery address. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
All orders must consist of at least 2 bottles.
Delivery costs: The following freight charges apply. $16 up to and including 5 bottles.
Delivery for 6 bottles or more is free.
Occasionally Fastway may leave your purchases at a local collection depot as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Fastway will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your purchases. If Fastway does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Rikard Wines to clarify further action.
If there is a fault with any Rikard Wines wine, replacement will be made with currently available vintage stock. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to notify of any faulty product. Refunds will not be provided unless by mutual agreement.
Risk and Title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated address.
The carrier will advise Rikard Wines if they are unable to deliver a particular item. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
If I have joined the Bell club, I agree to the conditions of membership of that club. Conditions are outlined on the wine club page of the Rikard Wines website. They include a commitment to buy a 6 or 12 pack of Rikard Wines twice yearly. I agree to purchase a minimum of two consecutive 6 packs as a Bell Club member.
If I wish to cancel my membership I will give Rikard Wines at least 14 days written notice.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and letting you know the type of information we collect and how this information is used. Our Policy is based on the National Privacy Principles, developed by the Office of the Australian Federal Privacy Commissioner which came into effect 21 December 2001. Rikard Wines also intends to comply with any guidelines or laws introduced in Australia to strengthen protections for your privacy.

Rikard Wines uses an Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client’s browser to the banking network using industry standard encryption technology.
A client’s credit card details are securely stored using Stripe – a 3rd party company. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
